Training  begins at 6pm on a monday.

You can take buses to Ruislip Road East (E2 & E7), Greenford Avenue (E1 & E3) or Greenford Road (92 & 95). Buses go from Ealing Broadway Station (E1, E2 & E7), Northfields Station (E3), Boston Manor Station (E8), Sudbury Hill Station (92) and Southall Town Hall (95 & 207).
